Tra Mar serves the complex heating and cooling needs of Northern Colorado – from HVAC system design and engineering, sheet metal fabrication and system installation to scheduled and 24/7 emergency maintenance. What we do
Tra Mar installs, services and maintains chillers, rooftop units, packaged systems, split systems, air handlers and energy efficient variable refrigerant flow/velocity units for a wide range of commercial clients, including office complexes, manufacturing, retail, government facilities and mission critical environments like healthcare, data centers and clean rooms. Tra Mar’s comprehensive array of commercial heating solutions includes hydronic boilers, furnaces and domestic hot water systems.

Services like boiler combustion analysis, temperature and process controls, energy audits and scheduled maintenance can help lower operating costs and reduce unscheduled maintenance. Service & maintenance contracts
Service contracts deliver lower and more predictable costs by ensuring that critical HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency and minimizing downtime. We offer scheduled and preventative maintenance plans, energy audits, energy-efficient HVAC controls and smart monitoring, as well as 24/7 emergency service to keep your equipment running smoothly and efficiently.
Typical activities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning & replacing filters as necessary
- Checking proper operation and programming of thermostats
- Performing refrigerant recovery and reclamation
- Testing for leaks on refrigerant or gas lines
- Cleaning and adjusting burners and pilots
- Checking belts and bearings for wear
- Checking temperature controls
- Conducting other tests and checks as needed
